Reservation:

Tour Quotation Includes
* All transportation as per specified in the itinerary with one piece of check-in luggage not exceeding 20 Kg per person.
* All domestic air tickets as per specified in the itinerary includes airport tax and fuel surcharge.
* All sightseeing as specified in the itinerary includes English speaking guide and coach service. Other language speaking guide could be arranged upon request.
* All meals as specified in the itinerary .Western style breakfast served at hotel and Chinese lunch or dinner served at local restaurant. Vegetarian food could be arranged upon request.
* Hotel accommodation would be booked upon request and is based on sharing twin room with private bathroom. Single room can be arranged subject to space availability and single supplement charge must be prepaid.
*Travel agency liability insurance

Tour Quotation Excludes:

* China visa.
* Travel Accident Insurance
* International air ticket.
* Excess baggage charge.
* Personal expenses, tips and gratuities.

* A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tour fee should to be pre-deposit when you confirm the tour plan

* Balance of payment must be paid 30 days prior to the date of departure.

* If the booking is made within 30 days, full payment must be paid immediately upon of tour confirmation.

Cancellation and refund

If any reason forces you to cancel your travel plans, Century Holiday need you submit a formal written request stating your cancellation. The refund of your trip will be calculated according to the date that Century Holiday receives your request. For any travel services that are not provided to the passenger, all payments will be returned in accordance with Century Holidays cancellation policy. Two working weeks are needed to process your cancellation; refunds deducted by any necessary proceeding fees will be transferred to you account.

* Cancellation charge will be incurred if participants cancel a confirmed tour within the
following periods.
14 days before departure .........................no charge
7-13days before departure ...................... 10% of tour cost
3-6 days before departure........................ 50% of tour cost
Cancellation within 48 hours ....................100% of tour cost

Note: If we receive your Yangtze River Cancellation up to 14 days, there will be no fees charged; within 0-13 days before departure, full cost of Yangtze River Cruise fee will be charged.

? No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused because of a cancellation or change made by participants themselves while the tour is in progress.

? For special exhibition and meeting period, including Guangzhou Caton Fair, Zhuhai Aviation Exhibition and other important events, FULL ADVANCE payment is required and all payment is NON-REFUNDABLE once the confirmation is issued by Chinats Network.
