My trip to macau and Zhuhai was great. The bus and arrangement was nice. As for the Zhu hai guide, he is professional and pleassant. But i must stress a person that has help my trip in a very big way. I must thank ANGELA CHEUK. She was the one that I liases with regarding all arrangement. She has demostrated a very profesional job as a customer service person. She was there and on top of stuff at all times. My guide didnt call me when I arrive in Macau and again, ANGELA did help me sort out and she was very responsive with sms and all to make sure that our trip will not be spoilt with any unwanted stuff. She did mentioned that i do not need to pay for my 3 yr old kid for the tour and i decided to pay the money as a tip to her. I do not know if she receive it though. But all in all, Thank God for her. I sure hope she gets the employee of the year award.
 
I do not praise much as I am a director in a Pharmaceutical Company and I do know all about customer service. But she deserve it.
