On behalf of my parents who joined 6D5N Shenzhen, Macau and Hong Kong tour from 8 - 13 June 2010, I would like to express our deepest appreciation to our tour guide in shenzhen, Mr Rong Chen Hai from Century Holiday International Travel Service Shenzhen Co Ltd.

Rong has been extremely helpful to all participants in the tour group which consists mainly of the elderly. Throughout the tour, he maintained the highest standards and displayed a high level of professionalism. His cheerful disposition was a delight for the participants who really enjoyed his guide services. Knowing that most of the participants are elderly, he offered to help carry the luggage of the participants and he did it throughout the journey. We are so impressed with Mr Rong and would like to compliment him and your company for the great services rendered during our recent trip. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I must say, Mr Rong contributed most to our excellent experience throughout the journey.
