Hui Min Restaurant

The Hui Min Restaurant is the only one Professional Muslim Canton Cuisine in Guangzhou and Mainland China. It is also one “Guangzhou’s Famous Restaurant” and “Guangzhou Designated Tourist Restaurant”. It has been open for 53 years since its opening in the year of 1956. It is not only the gather place of Muslim, but also the delicious food of Muslim in Guangzhou.
The restaurant create a series of cuisines which are welcomed by most of the Huis from the rich Muslim cuisine and light Canton cuisine. And it comes into being the unique Muslim-Canton cuisine. Its famous dishes are fragrant thick stewed beef, cake of flour fried in sesame oil, instant-boiled mutton, satay beef and mutton kebab and Lamb with Tofu Skin en Casserole, ect. are honored with provincial and national awards.
