Niu Ji Halal Restaurant’ local owner Mr Lau is a Chinese-Muslim and serves only Halal meat air flown from a Halal supplier in Meng Gu, China. Choose from a wide range of affordable Chinese Halal dishes including noodles and rice combination dishes, dumplings, soups, congee and desserts. Chef Mr. Ma Choi Leng has been making the specialty traditional Lanzhou hand-pulled for over 20 years. The noodles have a fine texture and are light and firm to the bite. In accordance to Halal requirements, no alcohol is served.
